Delivery

At TransferTests all of our shipping is handled by Royal Mail. We only dispatch parcels using the Royal Mail recorded Delivery Services, to ensure that your Educational Products are with you at the earliest opportunity.

Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day for all Software and Paper based products. All orders are automatically sent via First Class Recorded. This service usually takes 1-2 days.

If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your package or rearrange delivery. In the unlikely event you do not receive your order, please contact us.

Delivery days means normal working days i.e. Monday to Friday and excludes all public and bank holidays. Please allow extra time for orders placed over the weekend and Bank Holidays.
